Lkb8 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by lkb8 through lkb8.xyz or any associated platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree in full to these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance covers all clauses, policies, and guidelines referenced in this document, including lkb8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the lkb8 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use lkb8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia.
• Not listed on any active gambling self-exclusion programme in Malaysia or internationally.
• Does not act as an agent, representative, or contractor of lkb8 with access to internal information that could confer an unfair advantage.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never been banned from the lkb8 platform for a prior violation.

Lkb8 reserves the right to request identity and age verification at any time. This may include a government-issued ID (MyKad), proof of address, or any other information deemed necessary by lkb8. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual is only permitted to own and use one (1) lkb8 account only. This includes situations where an individual attempts to register multiple accounts using:

• A different name or alias
• Different IP addresses or use of a VPN
• Different payment methods
• A different phone number or email address
• Enlisting another person to register an additional account on your behalf

You are solely responsible for keeping your lkb8 account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the lkb8 support team immediately.

Lkb8 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or any other individuals — are not permitted and may result in the account being suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction
• There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though limits may apply based on your account verification level
• Deposits are typically credited within 3 minutes
• Lkb8 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges
• All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR)

Lkb8 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity, money laundering, or a violation of any applicable laws in Malaysia.

Withdrawals from your lkb8 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same payment source principle)
• Processing time: 1 to 3 hours on business days; withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays may take longer
• Lkb8 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be included in any withdrawal request

Lkb8 takes withdrawal processing speed seriously. If an approved withdrawal is delayed by more than 24 hours, you may contact customer support for a status update.

Lkb8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, cashback offers, free credits, and VIP Rewards promotions. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each respective promotion, as well as the following general terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn
• Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement is 20 times (20x) total bonus amount received
• Bonuses are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise stated
• Any bonus that expires without meeting the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited, along with any winnings accumulated from that bonus
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated
• Lkb8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse

Lkb8 reserves the right to deny bonuses to any member suspected of exploiting the promotional system, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating bets with other accounts to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any behaviour deemed to be an abuse of the bonus system.

Lkb8's Sports Betting section — including in-play and pre-match betting on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and more than 30 other sports — is subject to the following additional rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances determined by lkb8 (for example, if a match is cancelled or postponed)
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours, all bets will be voided and funds returned
• Odds may change between the time a bet is requested and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change significantly, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new odds
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport type, market, and event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip interface before confirmation
• Lkb8 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets from members who consistently display abnormal betting patterns
• In the event of a dispute regarding a match result, the official ruling of the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FAM for the Malaysia Super League, BWF for badminton) shall apply

All casino games, slots, and poker at lkb8 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each slot game is available in that game's information section. lkb8 does not modify the RTP of any game from the settings configured by the original game provider.

• Winnings from casino games and slots are credited instantly to your account balance after each round
• Games may be unavailable or disrupted due to system maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or technical problems on the game provider's end
• If a disruption occurs during a live casino game with a human dealer, lkb8 will refer to the studio video recording to determine a fair outcome
• For poker games, lkb8 acts solely as the platform operator and does not participate in gameplay. Outcomes depend entirely on the skill and luck of the players involved
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table or game are clearly displayed before you enter the game

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the lkb8 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses:

• Money laundering: Using lkb8 to process proceeds from illegal activities or to conceal the source of unlawfully obtained funds
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's information or falsified documents
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, scripts, or automated mechanisms to place bets, play, or exploit the platform
• Bug exploitation: Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through bug exploitation are invalid and will be forfeited
• Match betting: Placing opposing bets across different accounts to meet bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Any form of financial fraud: Including unjustified chargebacks, or payments made using stolen cards or accounts
• Disrupting other players: Any behaviour that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other players' experience in multiplayer games

Lkb8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that the account is being used by an underage individual
• Requests from legitimate authorities in Malaysia
• Activity suspected of involving money laundering or financial fraud
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

You also have the right to close your lkb8 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all legitimate balances (excluding bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, the balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach committed. lkb8 will communicate this decision in writing via the email address registered to your account.

Lkb8 takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously. All information you provide during registration and use of the platform is safeguarded in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and lkb8's internal privacy policy.

Your personal information is collected for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification
• Financial transaction processing
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
• Improving user experience and personalising our services
• Service-related communications and promotions (if you have opted in)

Lkb8 does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with service providers necessary for platform operations (such as payment processors) and with lawful authorities when required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, lkb8 and its associated parties — including directors, employees, partners, and agents — shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming decisions, including losses arising from technical issues beyond lkb8's control
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any force majeure event
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in keeping your password confidential
• Reliance on third-party information (e.g., betting tips from external sources) that results in losses

Lkb8 is fully committed to ensuring the platform operates fairly and securely as promised. Any technical failure directly caused by lkb8's own system errors that results in financial loss to a member will be resolved through a fair claims process.

Lkb8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help members manage their playing activity:

• Daily and weekly deposit limits: Can be configured from your account settings
• Loss limit: The platform will block new bets once the set loss limit is reached
• Play time reminder: Automatic notification after you have played for your set duration
• Self-exclusion: Option to voluntarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a longer period
• Permanent exclusion: Members who wish to permanently stop playing may request account closure with exclusion from future registrations

• Sending email notifications to all active members at least 7 days before the effective date
• Displaying a clear notice of changes within the lkb8 platform for a minimum period of 14 days
• Updating the "last updated" date at the top of this document

If you do not agree with any proposed changes, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect, without any penalty. Continued use of the platform after the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
